Compressor casing

For one of our clients we have, according to the supplied specifications, manufactured a compressor housing. This housing is completely constructed from certified fine-grained boiler plate, varying in thickness from 30 to 220 millimetres. This housing is completely welded by our qualified welders.

All weld seams are fully welded and fully subjected to NDT (Non Destructive Testing), such as ultrasonic examination and magnetic testing.

The housing has subsequently been annealed by a certified supplier to extract all the tension from the material. Then the housing was blasted with glass bead.
