Reconstruct

I.T.M.S can reconstruct and re-manufacture an old product. When impellers (fans) get rejected after inspection, our engineering department can calculate the impeller again. The product might be adjusted to increase efficiency. I.T.M.S. can also perform 3D scans.

Inspection / repair

Effective, efficient and reliable turbines, rotors and compressors are important. I.T.M.S. focuses on comprehensive inspections and repairs. Inspections are conducted based on different protocols. Defects are reported via a protocol to the client. I.T.M.S. then provides a repair report. This report contains and describes the findings and explains how we can fix the defects for you.

Service department

Our service department features a large group of specialized field engineers and mechanics. We perform several operations on rotating equipment at various locations worldwide. One of our core activities is supporting OEM companies (Siemens, Dresser-Rand, Alstom, Howden). In addition, we work for several non-OEM companies (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

I.M.S. (International Machining Services) is a service provider in the field of machining. I.M.S. is responsible for producing parts of machines.
